Land Exercise Class Schedule

Our land exercise studio is located on the lower level of the Center for Rehabilitation. We offer a wide variety of certified instructor-led classes to meet your desired level of intensity, fitness level and creativity.  Land exercise classes include the following:

Boot Camp
Group circuit training with timed stations.  Participants will get a total body toning experience at a cardiovascular pace so maximal calories are burned.

High-Intensity Interval Training--Intense bouts of muscle specific & short rest periods.  HIIT is an amazing fat-burning & body-transforming mode of exercise.  Results in metabolism "afterburn" effect that will serve as a calorie-burning furnace for hours following the session.  Prepare to push your boundaries!

A high-energy, heart-pumping class to get you energized for the weekend!

Killer Kore
A quick, 30-minute class designed to get your body revved-up for the day.  Diverse exercises are combined to tone and strengthen your glutes, back, abs, and chest…..your core! 

Step moves combined with cardio and conditioning options to create a high energy interval class.

Come dance to Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness class that will blow you away!  Experience an absolute blast of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements!  It's the BEST party around!
